Q:  HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER EVENT?

+ EACH CLIENT WILL RECEIVE A CUSTOMIZED INVOICE AND PROPOSAL FOR THE INVESTMENT PRICE BASED ON THE BUDGET THEY HAVE.

Q: IS THEIR A DEPOSIT DUE FOR MY EVENT?

+ YES, 50 % OF YOUR TOTAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR DATE AND THEN THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR DATE.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS!

q: CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS AND YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING THEM UP?

+ UNFORNATELY, WE DO NOT SET UP FOR DIY. DUE TO LIABILITY AND INCIDENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES,

q:  IS THEIR A CONSULTATION FEE? 

+ WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR CONSULTATION FEES DUE TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY.  WE VALUE COMMUNITY AND APPRECIATE YOU ASKING QUESTIONS.

q:  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP FOR A EVENT ? 

+MANY FACTORS CAN BE APART OF THIS QUESTION, SPACE, DECOR AND TEAM-WORK. 

q:  HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO PLAN MY EVENT?
+ BASED ON THE TYPE  OF EVENT YOU ARE HAVING WILL VARIE FROM SMALL AND INTIMATE TWO TO THREE WEEKS OR UP TO 100+ TO LARGE SCALE TWO TO THREE MONTHS. CONTACT US AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE SO WE HAVE ADEQUATE TIME TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
