Hi, my name is Mrs. Tionna Barksdale I am the Creative Director and Owner of my design company called Beautifully Crafted Interiors.

 

Here is a little bit about my story. I am a native of Mansfield, Ohio. I have always had a love for Interior Decorating and Birthday Celebrations. It was my introduction to The Sims that made me want to tap into this very thing.  

 

At the time of discovery, I was not in school. In fact, I did not even have a high school diploma. In 2016 I made up my mind and said I have to evolve and evolving means saying no to others and saying yes to myself. I went back to school to take my math Ohio Graduation Test.

 

it was principal Tricia Faulkner from my daughter's elementary school Groveport Madison. Who gave me the courage to take a leap of faith. In March of 2016 I PASSED the test and then in August of 2016 I enrolled in CSCC, Eager to lead by example I went from stay-at-home mom with little education to excelling.

 

I knew that for me to take steps to create a beautiful vision that I now have manifested. I knew I had a lot of work to do. I have a strong background in Early Childhood Development Education. In Winter 2019 I won best preschool classroom of the Midwest for LA petite Academy, I obtained my CDA to become a certified Teacher in ECDE then I continued to work fulltime as a teacher in the field of Education so I could graduate with my Associates of Applied Science.

 

Spring of 2019 I decided to make a investment and enroll in more education.  Both for Wedding Planning & Interior Decorating During 2020 the pandemic happened not only did this reality shift the world, but it also opened my eyes and made me rethink and restructure my life.

 

Everyone who knows me personally would always compliment me on how beautiful my home was, and I loved everything about hospitality. I felt a passion brewing on the inside of my heart. From the moment my husband laid eyes on my work he said Tionna what are you doing teaching?

 

This is what you need to be doing with your life! I said one day I am going to show everyone that anything is possible.  And that is why I am truly passionate about decor and planning events.

 

December of 2021, I graduated from Columbus State Community College.  This same year I was hard at work and started working on my Bachelor's in Business Administration at Franklin University I believe that no matter what background you come from All things are possible.
